Once again A3Union’s StockMagnet shows the right stock. Yesterday afternoon a spike of volume has been detected for RSH (NYSE). During the following morning, 700,000 of shares were purchased at non-fixed price of $22-$22.5 per share. Shares of RadioShack Corp., an electronics retailer, climbed $1.5, or 6.8 percent, to $23.5 today. Sold all the shares after 2PM at an average price of $23.5.

Total gain from this trade – over $900,000.

Swiss Cash re-emerges – ‘Interpol locked us down’

Swiss Cash has emerged on a new site on the internet, ahead of the September 15 date that chief financial officer Michael Mansfield had given to investors.

Meanwhile, the operators of the high-yielding investment scheme seem to have as many defenders as critics, as indicated in a flood of emails and calls following the Financial Gleaner’s story last Friday saying the website had disappeared.

Message ‘alert’

On the new site accessed by Wednesday Business - www.swisscashguide.com - Mansfield in a seven-point ‘alert’ to clients said the original website was locked down in August by the international police, Interpol, but that the company was working with a new but unnamed ‘partner’ to get back online by September 15.

A3union Scam or ???

Come on guys, tell us again that we are writing about A3Union because they did not buy any advertising on our monitoring. True… True… They did not, but this is not the real reason.

The real reason is that A3Union states its legality as registered and official company (even publishes its annual report for the year 2006). So we decided to look deeper what could be found on this company on the web… Here is our research and questions… Questions that we can not answer… Perhaps you can.

Assistance 247 Ltd

There is no doubt that the company with this name and registration number really exists in UK, here is the proof of it. But does this company have actually anything to do with A3Union or not? – that is a good questions. Unfortunately, we do not know the answer for sure, but here are our thoughts…

As you can see, there are documents connected with Assistance 247 Ltd company available on the web site we mentioned above, but annual reports there are older than a year. Also annual reports there are made regularly every 3rd January of each year (2002-2006), but where is their annual report for the year 2006 that should have been published 03 January 2007? Sure, you might have noticed it on the A3Union web site (the copy of document in PDF format). Unfortunately we did not have chance to buy the real Assistance 247 Ltd annual reports from the site, but we guess (we stress again the word ‘guess’) that these reports differ from A3Union report…

Swisscash Is Scam ?

People ask to me whois swisscash ? is swisscash scam ? is swisscash.net fraud ?. I suprised with these questions and don’t know why lot of people ask to me about swisscash ? what happen with swisscash now ?

OK….here is the situation : Since I wrote my little investigation and wrote my opinion about swisscash at HYIP – Expert blog, exactly : Swissmutualfund and Swisscash Investigation #1(I wrote about whois swisscash, swissmutualfund, their program, their address here) and Swissmutualfund and Swisscash Investigation #2 ( I wrote about Whois Michael Mansfield ? and conclusion about swisscash here). I never make an investment with swisscash, I never invest >$1000 at one HYIP(always diversify!…). So….I don’t realy know/sure about what be happened with swisscash now.
